Within most Equipment categories there are 'submission' categories.
DURING the competition, while you are selecting the pics you wish to enter you will need to choose a 'submission' category. PLEASE read below - this is NB Info!

Advanced 35mm – 3 slide portfolio
Advanced digital – 5 image portfolio
Advanced Video – 2 min themed video film. (The theme must be the title of the video)

Intermediate 35mm – 2 slides, 2 categories, 1 slide in each category or both in either of the categories (Categories still to be chosen)
Intermediate digital – 2 images, 2 categories, 1 image in each category or both in either of the categories (Categories still to be chosen)
Intermediate video – 2 min themed video film. (The theme must be the title of the video)

Novice 35mm – 2 slides, 2 categories Macro and Wide Angle, 1 slide in each category or both in either of the categories
Novice digital – 2 images, 2 categories Macro and Wide Angle, 1 image in each category or both in either of the categories
Novice video – 2 min video film with a theme, not in the title but submitted separately.

Point and Shoot – Digital Compact only, 2 images underwater. No category. Click on "Registration" at the top of your screen.
You will be asked to fill in a form.
To save yourself time please fill in all the information you can.
Press the submit button at the end of the form when you have filled it in.
You will then see a page which will give you:
PRINT THAT PAGE & KEEP IT.
At this point your registration details will have been saved.
You will need to pay up to R380 into the Standard Bank account detailed on the page you printed.
You can do this electronically or by depositing cash at your nearest Standard Bank branch
Please use your registration number as a reference on your payment.
Please email notification of your payment as indicated or
or fax your deposit slip to the fax number on the page you printed.
 -Competition Activities will be taking place in a marquee situated close to Leatherbacks Restaurant (Sodwana Bay Lodge).
-A prize giving buffet dinner is NOT included in your registration fee.
A simple meal will be available for sale in the Marquee -Advanced Competitors will be asked to submit a portfolio of 3 slides or 5 digital thematically related images this year.
-Entry into Novice category is slightly less stringent this year. If you have competed, but never won any prize then you may remain at Novice level if you wish.
T-SHIRT THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
You will be really sorry if you don't get a T-shirt. They're colourful, sought-after and label you magnificently as an underwater photographer and competitor.
You can buy T-Shirts during the competition, but stocks will be limited and it works out more expensive.

Registration and T-shirt (before 21nd April) R380.00
Registration, No T-shirt R300.00
Purchase of T-shirt during competition R120.00
FEES DUE will be calculated by the on-line registration system, based on how you fill in the form.
